Our office does not participate with or directly bill health insurance companies. This helps us keep our fees reasonable and allows your care to be guided by your needs, your goals, and what is appropriate for you—rather than by insurance restrictions, visit limits, or coverage requirements.

Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept:

Using Your Health Insurance Benefits
While we do not bill health insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that includes the appropriate diagnostic and service codes. You may submit this to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding your individual out-of-network chiropractic benefits.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
If you are receiving care as the result of a motor vehicle accident, our office will submit eligible medical bills directly to the appropriate automobile insurance carrier. Please let us know at the time you schedule your appointment that your visit is related to an accident so we can gather the necessary insurance and claim information.
